About the Presenter:  

Candace Mui

candaceCandace joined Career Advancement in the summer of 2014. As the Senior Assistant Director for Student Preparation, she advises students on career planning, including internship and job search, and interview skills advising. She also provides programmatic design for career events, such as Career Boot Camps.
Prior to joining Career Advancement, Candace has worked in a non-profit at the American Bar Association and at DePaul University’s Center for Students with Disabilities and Office of Graduate Admission for the College of Education. At DePaul, Candace counseled students with different levels of ability, as well as prospective students interested in pursuing graduate and professional school. Candace is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and her Master of Education degree from DePaul University. In her spare time, Candace enjoys watching NBA basketball and exploring new restaurants and cuisines.


Linda Yeh-Ostrinsky

lindaLinda Yeh-Ostrinsky is a Business Career Services adviser within UChicago’s Career Advancement Office supporting undergraduate students interested in careers in business. She has over 15 years of experience working in different brand management and integrated marketing roles for firms such as Time Inc., Energizer Personal Care, ConAgra Brands and U.S. Cellular. Linda earned her BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. In her spare time, Linda enjoys volunteering at PAWS Chicago, swimming (but not competing) on her master’s swim team, and cooking.
